Who Can Apply?
Identified as a Social Equity Applicant by the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB)
Lived in a disproportionately impacted area for a qualifying period
Have a cannabis conviction or family member with one
Household income is at or below median for your county
Hold or are applying for a WA cannabis license
